Hi and welcome! Are you looking for some useful information about the new Ab Rocket Twister abdominal exercise machine? I was too, after seeing the late-night infomercial commercial a few weeks ago. It seems like there aren't many sites with "real" user reviews and other helpful information related to this new product, so I figured I'd start my own Ab Rocket Twister reviews blog!

As is the case with any new fitness product, and especially infomercial exercise machines, it's important to find out if the product actually works before spending money on it. Sure you can always do the 30-day "free trial" deal they offer but, as I've learned, that's now always the easiest or cheapest option. My goal here is to help answer the question:
